SUN Enterprise 250 (E250)
Featuring dual 400MHz high-performance 64-bit RISC processors and room for up to six hot-plug Ultra SCSI disks, the Enterprise 250 Server is a solid choice for mid-range enterprise environments requiring high throughput and reliability.
The E250 encompasses sophisticated Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability (RAS) features such as multiple independent data paths, ECC memory and data-path protection, Automatic System Recovery (ASR), a built-in service processor with Remote System Control (RSC), and redundant hot-swap power.
As such, this server is ideal for demanding business-critical applications and areas where local access to the system is not always feasible.
